    As Chief Executive Officer of Mediabrands China, Chris is responsible for driving the transformation from serving to solving across six agency brands under Mediabrands – UM, Initiative, Reprise, Magna, Orion and Rapport in China. With a focus on growth through the empowerment and innovation of strategy, data, technology & content, Chris leads the teams to provide clients with truly consumers-centric integrated solutions. Furthermore, he is committed to redefining the future with clients as their trusted agency partner to navigate the digital economy. An MBA diploma with distinction holder with more than 20 years’ experience in the industry, Chris has a wealth of experience in strategic, operational and financial management across both media agency and creative agency sides with an entrepreneurial leadership style and growth mindset.

    Jacky Tang

    Jacky Tang

    Chief Operating Officer, Mediabrands China

    Jacky is Chief Operating Officer of Mediabrands China, and is responsible for leading the agency’s operations, including media buying & negotiation strategies. He has 26 years’ experience in the advertising and media industry and has been with IPG for the last 11 years. Prior to his Chief Operating Officer role, he headed Magna, the trading and negotiation arm under Mediabrands. Jacky has worked on a large portfolio over the years, notably Coca-Cola (client-side), Unilever, Suntory, VW, SONY, ExxonMobil, Johnson & Johnson, Carlsberg and LEGO. Jacky graduated from East China Normal University in 1992, majoring in Psychology and worked as a lecturer in the university for two years.

    Frank is Chief Financial Officer of Mediabrands China, and is responsible for the financial management of Mediabrands China and its agency brands including UM, Initiative, Reprise, Magna, Orion and Rapport, formulating strategies and tactics for the sustainable and healthy development of the company, as well as overseeing the HR & IT operations. With over 25 years of finance and management experience Frank has held different senior positions across advertising and service sectors. Frank holds MBA degree from Olin Business School of Washington University and is Certified Public Accountant.

    Dominic is Managing Director of UM China and is responsible for leading the delivery of the structure and talent that provide the best solutions and service for our clients not just today, but also tomorrow.  He believes that the distinction of a great agency is underpinned by consistency in what we do across our businesses and offices, which will create unparalleled value to our clients. With a blend of entrepreneurship spirit and rich media experience, he has been instrumental in establishing media agency offices in Germany and Greater China, and has successfully led their operations to become leading agencies in the market. Prior to UM China, he was responsible for the business development at Initiative in China.

She was recognized for her exceptional performance and business contributions by multiple regional industry awards, including Campaign Asia’s “40 Under 40” and “Digital A-List”.

    As Managing Director of Reprise China, Joni’s mission is to bring Reprise’s vision to life – Reorganizing performance marketing to focus on Customer Flow to unlock a wealth of opportunities to drive real business results. Joni has a wealth of experience across digital agencies and tech companies in China and North America in driving digital transformation in today’s hyper-connected world. She was the Head of Marketing & Customer Experience with Microsoft Greater China Digital Stores where she has built the strong growth hacking culture with customer obsession mindset and transformed the marketing model to accelerate growth. Joni graduated from the University of Waterloo with a major in Engineering. She also received MBA degree from Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University and HKUST.
